   About Mitch Wall

MWM
Mitch began his musical journey when he was 14 years old. His mother and father bought him a 1965 Kalamazoo guitar for his birthday. They then invested in lessons for Mitch and he took to the guitar like a duck to water. He soon started writing his own songs. He wrote his first song for his mother at age 15.

Mitch played his music in the various bars and clubs around southwestern Pennsylvania for about 18 years. In 1993, all of that would change. Mitch attended the Billy Graham Crusade in Pittsburgh on June 6th. When the invitation was given, Mitch answered by repenting of his sine and publicly receiving Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior. Soon Mitch transformed his music focus to a music ministry to serve Jesus Christ.

In 1996, he entered Mon Valley Bible Institute to receive a biblical education in order to enhance his new music ministry. After three years of bible college, God called Mitch to start a missions church. Mitch is the founding pastor of Morning Star Baptist Church which was launched on August 15, 1999. He was the pastor of the church for seven years.

Mitch now serves the Lord as a music evangelist, evangelist speaker, and pastoral counselor. He is a licenesed and ordained minister and has earned both a Master of Divinity degree and a Master of Theological Studies degree from Cornerstone Graduate School in Fairfax, VA. Mitch is currently enrolled in the doctoral program of studies. He is also a Certified Temperament Counselor through the National Christian Counseling Association.
